Northern California), the best option is to fly in and bring the Shih tzu puppy back on board with you (you would need to get a soft-sided dog carrier or carry-on kennel), many airlines will allow you to bring a small puppy on board into the passenger cabin as carry on item for a small fee around $0 to $170 for 1 or 2 puppies same, few airlines may request Veterinarian Flight Health Cert $55 for carry on too. Check with your airline, be sure to advise the airline agent that you will be bringing a puppy on the return leg of your flight when you make your reservation. We may deliver your Shih Tzus to the airport with NO charge, so that you can make a return flight back on the very same day. You may pay me CASH at the airport when I give you the puppy or if we received your USPS Post Office Money Order, Bank Of America or Wells Fargo Cashier check 5 business days prior.
